Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a magnetism detecting device capable of precisely detect magnetism without being affected by the disturbance magnetic field.
CONSTITUTION: A sensor element 1 is arranged part from a gear 2 made of a magnetic material, and a magnetic resistance element is arranged on the sensor element 1. The magnetic resistance element is arranged to face the gear 2. The peripheral portion of the magnetic resistance element is covered by a magnetic shield case 14 made of a magnetic material while the facing portion of the magnetic resistance element and the gear 2 is opened.
