Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To switch the movement of a cap and the driving of a separate device and reduce time taken for moving the cap from a capping state to an uncapping position as much as possible by a movement gear moving according to a rotation direction of a motor.SOLUTION: A planetary gear 139b is rotated around a sun gear 139a in a direction corresponding to a rotation direction of an ASF motor so as to be selectively engaged with either a crank gear 73 or a valve drive gear 134a. When the ASF motor is further rotated in a state that the planetary gear 139a is engaged with the crank gear 73, a slide cam is reciprocated in a conveyance direction and a nozzle cap 61 is elevated/lowered between a capping position and an uncapping position by interlocking with the reciprocation. The crank gear 73 is formed of a synthetic resin material containing glass fibers. The planetary gear 139a and the valve drive gear 134a are formed of a synthetic resin material which does not contain glass fibers.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
