The biomedical information measuring apparatus 1 is provided with a measuring means 11 for measuring blood pressures and an interface 12 which enables the two-way communication with the interface 22 for instrumental communication attached to the cellular phone 2. The function of using the operating part 24 of the cellular phone 2 for the operation pertaining to the measurement with the biomedical information measuring apparatus 1 and the function of using the display part 23 of the cellular phone 2 for the display pertaining to the measurement with the biomedical information measuring apparatus 1 are attached to the cellular phone 2 by a program set separately on the memory 25 of the cellular phone 2 as the additional applications.
