Abstract:
To provide a lubricating rust-preventive oil composition having all high properties in rust prevention, degreasingability, lubricity and oil wettability to a pure-zinc-plated steel sheet.
The lubricating rust-preventive oil composition for the pure-zinc-plated steel sheet mainly includes a base oil, an oil-soluble rust-prevention additive, basic calcium sulfonate with a base number of 200 mgKOH/g or higher, and an ester compound, wherein the content of the oil soluble rust prevention additive is 0.2 to 10 mass%, basic calcium sulfonate, 0.2 to 2 mass% in terms of calcium, and the ester compound, 5 to 50 mass% .
