Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite false twist yarn including cellulose filament yarn, that has dry feeling, glossy feeling and stiffness feeling of hemp-tone, provides soft touch with an appropriate amount of fuzz and shows a natural appearance with less thickness unevenness from yarns.SOLUTION: A composite false twist yarn comprises an A component and B component. The A component contains a cellulose filament yarn having 0.5 to 2 dtex of single fiber fineness. The B component contains high orientation and non-stretched polyester filament yarn having 230 to 245°C of melting point, or core-sheath conjugate fiber of filament yarn comprising polyethyleneterephthalate having 250 to 260°C of melting point as core and polyester having 150 to 200°C of melting point as sheath. The A component is around the circumference of the B component. The composite false twist yarn forms SZ alternate varying the number of twist at each twisted part. The composite false twist yarn having an agglutination part at least a portion of the B component along the yarn cross-section is false twisted under a condition of varying false twist spindle rotating speed with a very short cycle under a specific false twist temperature to obtain a fabric.
