Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing method of an expanded form having an olefin resin expanded layer, which is capable of manufacturing the form excellent in heat insulating property, appearance or the like without causing the invasion of a broken parison, in the manufacturing method of the expanded form by forming in a mold after extruding a tubular parison having the expandable layer. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the expanded form by extruding a tubular parison 1 having the olefin resin expandable layer from a dice 2 and, thereafter, pinching the parison 1 by a mold 3 to form a predetermined configuration, the lower part of the tubular parison 1 discharged out of the dice 2 is closed and gas is blown into the parison 1 whereby the parison 1 is expanded and formed so as to have a predetermined configuration coping with the configuration of the mold thereby obtaining the expanded form 4 having the olefin resin expanded layer.
