Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a fine particle dispersion product, in which a solid fat-containing emulsified particle is further pulverized so that a use feeling is improved and a decorative effect is further enhanced.SOLUTION: The method for preparing the fine particle dispersion product comprises: an emulsification step of emulsifying a component containing a solid oily component at 25°C under a heating condition to obtain an emulsified product; and a cooling step of cooling the emulsified product. At the emulsification step, a high-pressure emulsifier or an ultrasonic emulsifier is used. At the cooling step, such a vibration type stirring mixer 40 is used that an agitator 44 comprising a drive shaft 42 and an agitation blade 43 is provided in a casing 41 and the drive shaft 42 is vibrated in the axial direction. At the cooling step, the emulsified product, which is obtained at the emulsification step, is made to pass through the vibration type stirring mixer 40 and cooled continuously to prepare the fine particle dispersion product.
