Abstract:
There is provided a manufacturing method for manufacturing an acicular body under normal pressure at low cost, while minimizing mingling of air bubbles. The manufacturing method for acicular body that is provided with a support substrate and a needle provided on the support substrate includes a first step of supplying a needle forming solution 20a onto an intaglio plate 30 having a recess 30a that has a shape corresponding to the needle, a second step of disposing an air-permeable film 10A on the needle forming solution and compressing the needle forming solution from above the film to move the needle forming solution into the recess, and a third step of removing liquid components from the needle forming solution inside the recess to solidify the needle forming solution, and forming the needle.
