Abstract:
本発明は、脂肪族及び／又は脂環式ポリイソシアネートを原料としたポリウレタン（Ａ）溶液中で、親水性単官能アクリレート（ｂ１）及び多官能アクリレート（ｂ２）を重合することを特徴とするセミＩＰＮ型複合体の製造方法に関する。また、本発明は、前記製造方法により得られるセミＩＰＮ型複合体を乾燥させて得られた層を有することを特徴とする合成皮革の製造方法に関する。本発明が解決しようとする課題は、防汚性に優れるセミＩＰＮ型複合体の製造方法を提供することである。本発明の製造方法により得られるセミＩＮＰ型複合体は防汚性に優れるものである。よって、前記セミＩＰＮ型複合体は、特に車輌用の合成皮革の表皮層やトップコート層として特に好適に使用することができる。
