Abstract:
The transport and treatment method has the circuit boards or conductor foils (1) transported horizontally, with an electrolyte flow (8) through the transport plane, for acting on both sides of the circuit boards or conductor foils. The electrolyte flow is provided by openings in electrolyte spray pipes (10) positioned in mirror symmetry to the transported circuit boards or conductor foils and assists the transport of the latter in the transport direction (3). An independent claim for a transport and treatment device for circuit boards and conductor foils is also included.
