Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multicast quantum network coding technology adaptable to a network having an arbitrary shape under a condition that accuracy of a transmitted quantum state does not need to be 100%.SOLUTION: Measurement is performed at a transmission node. Classic information that is a result of the measurement is transmitted to a reception node by using classic network communication. An existing quantum network coding protocol is executed on a quantum state after the measurement. Posterior processing (operation) is performed using an entangled state (supplementary information) shared between distribution nodes. Fidelity of information transferred at respective distribution nodes is improved by mutually supplying information by using a quantum state shared between the respective distribution nodes.
