PURPOSE: To enable effective cooling and heating which has a large heat capacity and is kindly to a human body by forming, with water as a filler, a water flow system in a pattern of series connection in which the water discharge hole of each of containers is connected to the inlet hole of another container by a connecting pipe.

CONSTITUTION: A water flow system is formed in a pattern of series connection with a water-feeding side A connected to the inlet hole 5a of a first container 41 by a connecting pipe 6, with the water discharge hole 5b of the first container 41 connected to the inlet hole 5a of a second container 42, with the water discharge hole 5b of the second container 42 connected to the inlet hole 5a of a third container 43, and so on by a connecting pipe 6 for each connection, and finally with this series of connecting ending at the water discharge hole 5b of the last container 4L. This system enables replenishing the containers 4 as a whole with water heated or cooled by a heat source provided at the water-feeding side A. The system also enables supplying the containers 4 as a whole, from the water-feeding side A such as a city water faucet, with water to compensate for the vaporization through a pinhole in a container 4. This structure can provide cooling and heating which is comfortable and kindly to a human body.
