Abstract:
PURPOSE:To take in the operation information of each machine tool without missing and perform accurate analysis of the operation information by storing in memory the operation information which a sequencer generated after the previous run of communicating, and taking in, at this run of communicating, the operation information which a line controller has generated after communication from each sequencer. CONSTITUTION:Machine tools 1-4 as processing machines and NC lathes have respective sequencers 5-8, which pick up the operation information of the machine tools 1-4. These pieces of information are taken in by a line controller 9 one after another. That is, each sequencer 5 is equipped with an information picking means 51 to sample the contents of event generated in each machine tool 1 associate with the time of generation, and a communication area 52 as a memory means which stores these contents of each event and time of generation as in pair. The sequencer 5 sends the stored contents of the communication area 52 to the line controller 9 via the communication line to the line controller 9.
