Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the number of checking of the area of inner machines both in a rest condition and a working condition, to reduce obstacles for approaching the area during working, and to keep noise from an operator.
CONSTITUTION: The transverse wall placed in the operator side comprises a plate P1 constituting a frame of the machine. The plate P1 has several apertures O1-O4 through which the inside machine area is inspected and approached. The whole area of the plate P1 is covered by panels E1-E17 and parts constituting the machine can be stored therein. The apertures O1-O4 are closed by detachable transparent panels on which a safety detector, which disturbs operation of the machine when the transparent panels are not closed, is equipped. The height of the panels E1-E17 is to secure the noise absorption effect.
