Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a lamp supporting structure of copying machine capable of easily attaching a lamp, even if a different kind of lamp is used as the light source.
CONSTITUTION: The lamps 206 are supported by the supporting pieces (not shown by the figure) of brackets 204 from both ends, so that even if the kind of lamp 206 is different, the lamps 206 are supported by a pair of the brackets 204 by changing the positions of the brackets 204. On the other hand, the projecting parts of the brackets 204 supporting the lamps 206 are fitted into positioning grooves l2A and l2A' or l2B and l2B' provided on the side of a main body 10, to be attached, so that even if a different kind of lamp 206 is attached, the same main body 10 can be used and moreover, the attachment is made easy. Further, when a reflection plate not shown by the figure is used together with the lamp 206 for the light source, the reflection plate is supported in such a manner that both end edge parts are inserted into a groove (not shown by the figure) formed on the bracket 204, to make the fixing of the reflection plate easy as well.
