発電用などの永久磁石回転機構において、回転出力の安定化とともに、製作・調整の容易化を図る。中央磁石筒５ａと、その周りに配設された複数の外側磁石筒７ａ〜９ａとが磁気的結合により連動回転し、中央磁石筒５ａの回転力で発電機を駆動する永久磁石回転機構において、中央磁石筒５ａはＮ極またはＳ極の同一磁極に設定された第１の外周面を備え、外側磁石筒７ａ〜９ａはそれぞれ第１の外周面と同じ磁極の同一磁極に設定された第２の外周面を備えた。
