Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the processing time for material requirements calculation by receiving calculation results of all master items from a process itself or another process to extract items to be processed from plurality of handled items and perform part development calculation. SOLUTION: A data management part 2 manages transfer of requirement amounts between master and slave items by a computable item extract part 33, takes an item as a computable item if there is an item written in a data area, of all the requirement amounts from master items, and sends data addresses of items to a computable item management part 3. On receiving the data address of an item, the computable item management part 3 registers it as a computable item in a queue. A part development calculating part 4 which has ended development calculation of an item of a data address sent from the computable item management part 3 reports the end of development to the computable item management part 3.
