Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire which secures rolling resistance reduction effect, and furthermore enables electric resistance as a tire to be reduced, and to provide a method for manufacturing the pneumatic tire.SOLUTION: A pneumatic tire includes a tread rubber layer 11, a side rubber layer 12 and a rim cushion rubber layer 13, the tread rubber layer 11 and the side rubber layer 12 being composed of a non-conductive material with a volume resistivity of 1×10Ωcm or more. The pneumatic tire further includes: a first conductive part 11 which is provided in a region in contact with the rim, of the rim cushion rubber layer 13 and which extends in a tire circumferential direction; a second conductive layer 22 which is provided in a splice part of the side rubber 12 in the tire circumferential direction and extends in a tire diametrical direction; a third conductive part 23 which is provided on an inner peripheral side of the tread rubber layer 11 and extends in the tire circumferential direction; and a fourth conductive layer 24 which is provided in the tread rubber layer 11 and extends to a ground contact surface of the tread rubber layer 11 from the third conductive layers 23. These conductive layers 21-24 are composed of a non-conductive material with a volume resistivity of 1×10Ωcm or less, and the conductive layers 21-24 are continued without interruption from a contact part with the rim to the ground contact surface.
