Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for allowing a user to safely, simply and beautifully perform fish preparation steps only with the single tool, such as steps of killing living fish, removing blood, removing scales, and removing gills and internal organs from its mouth.SOLUTION: A preparing tool for fish is formed into a single tool which includes: a portion which comprises a slender double-edged elastic lower branched blade that has a dull cutting edge for killing living fish and removing blood, and has notches for peeling scales, and an elastic upper branched blade that is branched from the stem bent in a trowel-like shape, and is provided with a hook at a tip thereof, and has return claws attached from a middle part near the tip to a bottom thereof; and a handle portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
