Abstract:
PURPOSE:To estimate a halt start period from comparison between the sum of the accumulation processing amount of production process resources and a total reservation processing amount, and a prescribed designation amount and to control the execution of the processing of the production process resources and the reservation of the processing so that a halt time zone does not overlap with a reservation processing time zone at the time before the execution of halt is started. CONSTITUTION:The accumulation processing amount obtained by accumulating processing amounts from the time when the previous halt of the resource is terminated and counting them and the total processing amount of reserved processings reserved to the resource are counted in an accumulation processing amount counting part A and a reservation processing amount counting part B. The sum of the processing amounts and the prescribed processing amount designated to the resource are compared in a processing amount comparison part C. A newly supplied processing is inhibited after the time when the sum of the processing amounts exceeds the prescribed processing amount. The reservation of the processing is controlled to a range where a prescribed restriction condition is satisfied and the processing reserved to the resource is securely executed.
