Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus or the like that suppresses an increase of stock of a work in process without depending on personal experience and skill.SOLUTION: A progress management apparatus outputs an assignment plan to the step of a person in charge in a predetermined unit period, to two or more persons in charge of a project with two or more steps executed in a predetermined order included every portion, since the whole work is divided into two or more portions. The apparatus comprises a pattern selection unit for selecting a pattern in which a ratio between the steps of estimation of a working amount executable during the unit period is most approximate to the ratio between the steps of estimating a working amount in an executable state, among the two or more patterns of the assignment to the step of the person in charge in the unit period, as the assignment plan.
