Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recovery method of an oil component in a crude oil sludge capable of reducing polymer hydrocarbon content contained in an oil component recovered from a crude oil sludge equal to crude oil quality while suppressing used amount of hydrocarbon for dissolving the oil component.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for recovering an oil component from a crude oil sludge (A) containing the oil component, having a first process for mixing hydrocarbon for dissolving oil with aromatic index of 20 or less (B) with the crude oil sludge (A), heating and stirring a mixture of the crude oil sludge (A) and the hydrocarbon for dissolving oil (B) at 60 to 95°C to obtain a heating stirring treated article of the crude oil sludge (A) and the hydrocarbon for dissolving oil (B) and a second process for separating a light liquid and a heavy component by centrifugal separation of the heating stirring treated article to obtain the light liquid.SELECTED DRAWING: None
