Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for reproduction treatment of a composite material that can be easily molded into a plate-like shape, and also into a complicated shape through simple processes, and has kneadable fiber length and high strength.SOLUTION: A reproduction treatment method for a composite material molded by bonding natural fiber and a thermoplastic resin includes a crushing step S1 of crushing a composite material C1, a heating and kneading step S2 of charging a fiber concentration adjusting material into the crushed composite material, and kneading them while heating, and a molding step S3 of molding the kneaded composite material, and is characterized by reproducing reproduced composite materials C2, C3.
