Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a regenerated magnetic material capable of efficiently obtaining a regenerated magnet material in which the contents of carbon and oxygen are sufficiently reduced.SOLUTION: The method for regenerating a scrap magnet comprises: a step of subjecting the surfaces of magnet scraps produced in the production process of a magnet body to mechanical polishing; and a step of subjecting the polished magnet scraps to vacuum melting. In the mechanical polishing, the magnet scraps and a surfactant are charged inside a rotary vessel, and the scraps are collided each other.
