Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape for reinforcement excellent in handleability and general purpose property and a reinforcement method using the tape for reinforcement excellent in workability.SOLUTION: A tape for reinforcement has a plasticity and resin impregnation property, and has belt-shaped core materials 11 and 21 consisting of a plurality of carbon fibers of which a fiber direction is arranged along a longer direction, and matrix resins 12 and 22 impregnated into the core materials 11 and 21 and having lower elasticity than that of core materials 11 and 21. The matrix resins 12 and 22 consist of a thermosetting resin or a thermoplastic resin. Further basis weight amount of the tapes for reinforcement 1 and 2 are 30 to 130 g/mand thickness of core materials 11 and 21 are 0.05 to 0.25 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
