Abstract:
PURPOSE:To decrease clarification treating cost and to miniaturize equipment by bringing a solution discharged from a solvent using treating machine into contact with ozone and solidifying particles in the solution and thereafter passing the solution through a filter and supplying it to the solvent using treating machine. CONSTITUTION:Laundry and working parts are washed by a solvent consisting of various solvent such as an organic solvent in a solvent using treating machine 1. A solution is clarified after washing and reused in the treating machine 1. The solution discharged from the treating machine 1 is firstly supplied to a pressure dissolving tank 4 by a volute pump 2. At the time, gaseous ozone generated from an ozonizer 5 is supplied to the part of a pipe 3 in this side of the pump 2. Ozone is brought into contact with muck in the solution. Thereby fine particles are solidified, enlarged and deodorized. The mixed gas and liquid of the solvent and gas are produced in the pressure dissolving tank 4. Exhaust gas is introduced into an ozone decomposer 8. On the other hand, the solution is fed to a filter 11 by a pump 9, filtrated and clarified. The clarified liquid is supplied to the treating machine 1.
