CONSTITUTION: Member records including data of plural personnel management items of respective members are held in a member ledger file 26, and at least preliminarily determined visiting card items to be arranged on a visiting card and their layout positions are stored in a visiting card layout pattern memory 32. At the time of generating the visiting card, a list of member records in the member ledger file 26 is displayed on a display part 14, and a member record is designated by an input part 12. Then, a CPU 10 takes out data of personnel management items corresponding to visiting card items from the designated member record in accordance with visiting card items stored in the visiting card layout pattern memory 32 and arranges these taken-out data in accordance with layout positions stored in the visiting card layout pattern memory 32 to expand them in a visiting card image memory 18, and the visiting card is printed out by a visiting card printer 16.
