Abstract:
Provided is a preparation method of a 1Cr17 ferritic stainless steel pipe. The method comprises the following steps: preheating a 1Cr17 ferritic stainless steel pipe billet and keeping at the temperature; perforation to obtain a hot-rolled perforated tube, wherein the chemical element and mass % ratio of the steel pipe is as follows: 0.08-0.12% of carbon, ≤0.04% of silicon, ≤0.70% of manganese, 16.40-17.00% of chrome, ≤0.035% of phosphorus, ≤0.010% of sulfur and the balance iron; performing thermal refining on the obtained hot-rolled perforated pipe to obtain a perforated pipe; performing normal-temperature cold rolling on the obtained perforated pipe to obtain a cold rolled pipe; and performing thermal treatment on the cold rolled pipe, cooling the same to normal temperature after thermal treatment is finished, and a finished product is obtained.
