Abstract:
In a 3D food printer for printing personalized vitamin-containing food and a provision method therefor, according to an embodiment of the present invention, a method, by which a processor of a 3D food printer acquires necessary vitamins optimized for a user on the basis of the body condition of the user and prints, into 3D food, personalized vitamin-containing food containing the acquired necessary vitamins and provides same, comprises the steps of: acquiring user body information indicating the body condition of the user; deriving necessary vitamin information on the basis of the body information of the user; acquiring 3D drawing information used for 3D modeling during the 3D food printing; manufacturing customized vitamin-containing food ingredients on the basis of the necessary vitamin information and the 3D drawing information; and performing the 3D food printing on the basis of the customized vitamin-containing food ingredients so as to provide the personalized vitamin-containing food, wherein the necessary vitamin information includes types of necessary vitamins according to the body information of the user, and appropriate provision amounts of the respective necessary vitamins.
