Abstract:
Disclosed is a 3D four-layer TPU seamless fabric having downproof, moisture-permeable and air-permeable functions and channel-like patterns. The fabric comprises a first surface cloth layer, a first polyurethane film layer, a second polyurethane film layer, and a second surface cloth layer. One side of the first surface cloth layer is glued to one side of the first polyurethane film layer. A gap is present between the other side of the first polyurethane film layer and one side of the second polyurethane film layer. The other side of the second polyurethane film layer is glued to the second surface cloth layer. A plurality of water-absorbing fiber threads are evenly arranged between the first polyurethane film layer and the second polyurethane film layer, and can quickly absorb moisture on the second surface cloth layer in contact with the skin and transfer the moisture to the first surface cloth layer on the outside, thereby improving moisture permeability. The diameters of first air-permeable holes are configured such that when an external airflow enters the inside of the fabric, the speed of the airflow gradually increases to facilitate air circulation inside the fabric, thereby improving air permeability.
