Abstract:
A 3D printing device and method for integrated manufacturing of a functionally gradient material and three-dimensional structure. The 3D printing device comprises an active mixing module (4), a passive mixed printing module (15) and a constrained and sacrificial layer printing module (18). An input end of the active mixing module (4) is connected to a plurality of anti-settling material supply modules (2, 3), and an output end of the active mixing module (4) is connected to the passive mixed printing module (15). The passive mixed printing module (15) and the constrained and sacrificial layer printing module (18) are mounted on one side of an XYZ three-axis module. The constrained and sacrificial layer printing module (18) is connected to a constrained and sacrificial layer material supply module (1), and can form a complex functionally gradient three-dimensional structure by means of printing under the assistance of constrained and sacrificial layer materials. The active mixing module (4) comprises a vibration material-mixing chamber (405), and an active stirring screw (406) mounted in the vibration material-mixing chamber (405). Various materials that enter the active mixing module (4) are evenly mixed under ultrasonic vibration and the stirring action of the active stirring screw (406), and are extruded by means of the active stirring screw (406). According to the printing device and method, the integrated manufacturing of a continuous functionally gradient material and complex three-dimensional structure can be achieved, the printing efficiency is high, and the costs are low.
