Abstract:
A preparation method of an aluminium-based composite material for use in an automobile control arm, comprising: adding a reinforcement reactant to a 6x82 aluminium alloy melt, obtaining a nanocomposite enhancer by applying a rotating magnetic field and high-intensity ultrasonic field, and adding, according to a performance composition design, an appropriate amount of the nanocomposite enhancer to a purified 6x82 aluminium alloy melt and uniformly mixing, and finally, mass-producing, by an optimized expendable mold casting system, a 6x82 aluminium-based composite material bar.
