Abstract:
An abamectin extraction method, comprising: performing extraction on abamectin residues using a dynamic ultrasonic extraction method, and concentrating the obtained liquid extract into extractum; performing extractive desugarization on the extractum using a cloud point extraction method, and carrying out centrifugal phase separation to obtain a surfactant phase and an aqueous phase; performing back extraction on the surfactant phase using a microwave-assisted extraction method, and crystallizing the obtained back extraction liquid by means of gradient cooling crystallization; and performing centrifugal separation and drying to obtain an abamectin product. The present method for abamectin extraction reduces the use of an organic solvent, reduces production costs, and improves extraction efficiency and yield of abamectin.
