Abstract:
This abnormality detection system is provided with an abnormality detection device that detects abnormality of a manufacturing device, a control device that carries out operational control of the manufacturing device and transmits operational data, and a sensor that detects a physical quantity related to the operation of the manufacturing device or to a product and that outputs sensor value data. The abnormality detection device receives the operational data transmitted from the control device, obtains the sensor value data output from the sensor, calculates a statistic amount of the obtained sensor value data, determines presence of abnormality of the manufacturing device on the basis of the calculated statistic value and a threshold value according to the received operational data, and transmits a determination result and the statistic value to the control device.
