Abstract:
Provided are an absolute signal correction method and an absolute signal correction system, the absolute signal correction method comprising: acquiring a first value of an original absolute signal (6a); acquiring a second value of the original absolute signal (6a) if a system clock reaches the rising edge of an increment signal (5a); assigning a current value of the absolute signal if the absolute value of the difference between the second value and the first value is not equal to 1, so that the absolute value of the difference value between the current value and the historical value of the absolute signal is equal to 1. According to the method, the absolute signal can be corrected, so that the error between the absolute signal and the increment signal is eliminated, thus a correct absolute position is outputted when the absolute signal is combined with the increment signal by an absolute encoder.
