Abstract:
An accelerator pedal device has a main body (10), a rotor (20) swingably supported by the main body, a pedal arm (30) for holding an accelerator pedal (31) that is connected and fixed to the rotor and on which a pedaling force is applied, and a return spring (40) returning the pedal arm to a resting position. A bearing hole (21) is formed in the rotor (20), and a supporting shaft (11) is formed on the main body (10). The bearing hole (21) is fitted on the supporting shaft (11) and the rotor (20) is swingably connected to the main body (10), with a torsion return spring (40) being received in a recess (23) of the rotor (20). After that, the pedal arm (30) is passed through an elongate hole (13) of the main body (10), and connected and fixed to the rotor (20). Thus, the rotor (20) is prevented by the pedal arm (30) from coming out, and the assembly of the device is completed. The accelerator pedal device has a simple structure, and therefore the assembly is facilitated.
