Abstract:
Provided are an access control method in a user equipment, and a user equipment, which can efficiently and reliably establish a radio bearer for data transmission. The access control method comprises: determining a destination ID of a layer 2 according to information acquired from an upper layer; and establishing a radio bearer (RB) associated with the determined destination ID of the layer 2.
