Abstract:
The present invention relates to an accessory manufacturing apparatus mold, an accessory manufacturing method using the same, and an accessory manufactured thereby. The accessory manufacturing apparatus mold according to the present invention comprises: a first fixed mold having an insertion hole for fixing one end of a wire cut in a predetermined length; a first movable mold for pressing the wire of which the predetermined length is exposed toward the outside of the first fixed mold such that a cross-sectional area of the wire extends to be radially spread out and divided into a plurality of cross-sectional areas, thereby forming a head part; a second fixed mold, which fixes the wire having the head part acquired through the pressing and extending in the first movable mold, and has a depressed loading part on which a rear surface of the head part is loaded during pressurization so as to enable each rib of the head part to be symmetrically retracted; and a second movable mold having a protruding pressing part, which is provided to correspond to the depressed loading part so as to enable each rib of the head part to be bent and symmetrically retracted together with the depressed loading part by applying pressure toward the head part of the wire. Therefore, the consumption amount of metal materials of an ornament for fixing jewelry is remarkably reduced, a process is simplified such that processing time is shortened and mass production is simultaneously facilitated, and costs can be reduced by minimizing a loss of the metal materials.
