Title:
ACINETOBACTER VIVIANII, MICROBIAL AGENT THEREOF AND USE THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/165897
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided are Acinetobacter vivianii, a microbial agent thereof and use thereof. The strain is named as Acinetobacter vivianii KJ-1, is deposited at China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center on 17 September 2020, and has a strain deposit number of CGMCC No. 20664. The strain and the microbial agent thereof can grow and propagate by using n-dodecane as a unique carbon source, have the function of degrading petroleum hydrocarbons, particularly have a degradation effect on n-alkane which is one of petroleum components, and can be applied to treatment of petroleum hydrocarbon pollutants.
