Abstract:
The present invention reduces spurious emissions. An acoustic wave device (1) according to the present invention comprises a support substrate (4), a piezoelectric layer (6), and an IDT electrode (7). The support substrate (4) is made of crystal. The piezoelectric layer (6) is formed on the support substrate (4), and is made of LiTaO3. The IDT electrode (7) is formed on the piezoelectric layer (6), and comprises a plurality of electrode fingers (72). The IDT electrode (7) is formed on the negative side of the piezoelectric layer (6). The piezoelectric layer (6) has a cut angle of 39°Y to 48°Y.
