Abstract:
This acrylic rubber composition is obtained by adding, with respect to 100 parts by weight of an ultracold-resistant acrylic rubber having a glass transition point Tg of -42ºC or less, 5-12.5 parts by weight of silica and 5-15 parts by weight of graphite as fillers. By the use of an ultracold-resistant acrylic rubber, the acrylic rubber composition can be used in an environment having a temperature of -30 to +150ºC, and in addition, by the addition of the specific amounts of silica and graphite as fillers, a bonded piston seal having roll processability and adhesiveness similar to or greater than those of existing seals, and having satisfactory compression set properties, can be formed.
