Abstract:
The present invention relates to an acrylic yarn production process, and in particular, to the technical field of spinning. By means of scientific blending of a natural fiber cotton and acrylic fibers, an acrylic yarn not only has the characteristics of chemical fibers of having high antibacterial and deodorizing strength, a cool touch feel, and good conformality and drapability, and being wear-resistant, easy to wash, and quick to dry, but also has the characteristics of a natural fiber cotton of having a soft hand feel, good air permeability, and good moisture absorption and sweat releasing performance. Moreover, the adjustment of the twist and the pick strength in the procedures improves the degree of control of the process on the hand feel, bulkiness, and strength of the yarn, thus further improving the comfort and the skin-friendly performance, and reducing ecological pressure while lowering the cost. The results are obtained by blending chemical acrylic fibers with two types of fibers having different properties, i.e., natural cotton fibers and long stapled cotton fibers and by means of repeated trials of procedure selections, procedure combinations, and parameter combinations such as procedure parameters, comparison, generalization, and summarization, and have extremely significant effects, so that the acrylic yarn comprises the characteristics of acrylic fibers and a natural fiber cottons.
