Abstract:
The present invention relates to an active ester compound and a preparation method therefor. A circuit substrate prepared by using the active ester compound as a curing agent has excellent heat resistance and flame retardance, has a relatively small dielectric constant and dielectric loss and an excellent deformation resistance at high temperatures. In addition, the preparation method of the active ester compound according to the invention is simple in process, easy to operate, good in yield and capable of achieving large-scale production.
