Abstract:
An active-type snow- and ice-melting road surface structure and construction process therefor, the road surface structure comprising, laid from bottom to top, a road base (4), a plastic material base layer (3), a steel plate layer (2), and a bituminous mixed material surface layer (1); heating electrical cables (11) and heat conductive metal (5) are arranged between the plastic material base layer (3) and the steel plate layer (2), one end of the heat conductive metal (5) being located between the plastic material base layer (3) and the steel plate layer (2), and the other end extending into the road base (4); temperature sensors (6) are buried within the the bituminous mixed material surface layer (1), the temperature sensors (6) capturing the temperature of the bituminous mixed material surface layer (1), and sending the captured temperature to a controller (10); the controller (10) compares the temperature to a preset freezing point temperature threshold, and controls whether the heating electrical cables (11) operate according to a comparison result. The construction process comprises the following steps: laying the plastic material base layer (3) on the road base (4), laying a bonding layer on the plastic material base layer (3), arranging and fixing the heating electrical cable (11) on the bonding layer in an "S" shape along the direction of extension of the road surface, arranging the heat conductive metal (5) between adjacent electrical cables, laying the steel plate layer (2), laying the bituminous mixed material surface layer (1) on the steel plate layer (2), burying the temperature sensors (6) during the laying process, and respectively connecting the temperature sensors (6) to the temperature collector (8) and the controller (10) and performing adjustment. The present road surface structure and laying process therefor can quickly remove snow and ice on a road surface, guaranteeing timely free flow of traffic and vehicular safety, and said road surface structure possesses good pavement performance and durability and a reasonable structure, and can endure extended use.
