Abstract:
The present invention provides an actuator in which a movable body and a fixed body are connected by connecting bodies, wherein movement of the movable body in a direction other than a vibration direction is inhibited. In the actuator 1, damper members 10 connecting the movable body 3 and the fixed body 2 are disposed at two locations: between the L1-side end part of a shaft 31 of the movable body 3 and an opening part 41 in a first holder 4 of the fixed body 2, and between the L2-side end part of the shaft 31 of the movable body 3 and an opening part 51 of a second holder 5. Each of the damper members 10 is provided with a gel-form damper member 14, which is a connecting body that is disposed, so as to be continuous around the entire circumference, in a radial gap between the movable body 3 and the fixed body 2. The inner circumferential part 141 of the gel-form damper member 14 is fixed to the shaft 31 with a cylindrical first member 11 interposed therebetween, and the outer circumferential part 142 of the gel-form damper member 14 is fixed to the fixed body 2 with a cylindrical second member 12 interposed therebetween.
