Abstract:
An additive manufacturing method, comprising the following steps: (1) provide an additive manufacturing device, the device comprising a laser and a beam splitting scan component arranged oppositely, the laser emitting a laser beam (1) to the beam splitting scan component, the beam splitting scan component splitting the laser beam (1) into two laser beams, i.e., a first laser beam (11) and a second laser beam (12), with different energy, and the power of the first laser beam (11) being less than that of the second laser beam (12); and (2) the first laser beam (11) preheats powder on a device or scans the contour of a part to be formed, and the second laser beam (12) melts the preheated powder by scanning for formation or melts the powder within the contour by scanning for formation so as to complete the processing of the part to be formed.
