Abstract:
An adhesive coating device (11) according to an embodiment of the present invention is a device for coating an adhesive onto an inner wall surface of a hole of a workpiece (11) provided with holes (2, 3), the adhesive coating device (11) being provided with: a workpiece holding unit (13) that holds a workpiece; a jet-type dispenser (14) that applies a liquid adhesive through a non-contact manner by forming the liquid adhesive into microparticles, and directly and continuously ejecting the microparticles from a nozzle (28); a moving mechanism (15) that freely moves a relative position of the nozzle of the dispenser with respect to the holes of the workpiece; and a control device (17) that automatically executes an adhesive coating operation that includes controlling the mechanism to position the workpiece, relatively position the nozzle with respect to the workpiece, and move the nozzle. The adhesive is ejected in an oblique direction from the nozzle and coated onto the inner wall surface of a hole, and the angle of the oblique direction is an angle at which the adhesive ejected directly from the nozzle positioned outside of the hole can be coated onto an inner wall surface of the hole at a desired depth without interfering with an opening part of the hole.
