Abstract:

Provided is an adhesive sheet which has a high-speed peel strength applicable to laser light processing, generates suppressed peel noise while being peeled off at high speed from the back, and does not significantly slip even when placed in a state of being attached onto a metal plate or the like. The adhesive sheet includes a resin film as a substrate, and an adhesive layer disposed on a first surface of the substrate. In the adhesive sheet, a second surface of the substrate is a peel surface and has a slip resistance of at least 3.5 N. In the adhesive sheet, the high-speed peel strength is at least 4.5 N/20 mm as measured under the condition of a tensile speed of 30 m/min 30 minutes after being attached to a stainless steel plate, and the difference between the maximum value and the minimum value of the self-back surface adhesive strength is 1.5 N/20 mm or less as measured under the condition of a tensile speed of 30 m/min.
