Abstract:
An adjustable bobbin for textile machinery, comprising a first side disc (1). A through hole (2) is formed in the middle of the first side disc (1); a guide hole (3) is formed in the right side of the through hole (2); the through hole (2) is communicated with the guide hole (3); the guide hole (3) is in threaded connection with a bolt (5) by means of a first thread (4); a bolt head (6) is provided on the right side of the bolt (5); a clamping groove (7) is formed in the left side of the first side disc (1); the first side disc (1) is rotatably connected to a clamping block (8), and the other side of the clamping block (8) is fixedly connected to a buckle (9); the buckle (9) is matched with the clamping groove (7); the top of the first side disc (1) is fixedly connected to the bobbin (10); a nut (11) is fixedly connected to the upper portion of the interior of the bobbin (10); an adjusting rod (12) is provided in the nut (11); the lower half part of the adjusting rod (12) is provided with a second thread (13); the nut (11) is in threaded connection with the adjusting rod (12) by means of the second thread (13); the top of the adjusting rod (12) is fixedly connected to a second side disc (14); the top of the second side disc (14) is provided with a yarn winding shaft (15). The bobbin is simple in structure and reasonable in design; the length of the bobbin can be adjusted, and the two ends of yarn can also be fixed.
