An adjustable lamp, comprising: a lamp body (100), a lamp housing (300), an adjustment mechanism (200), and a cut-off filter (400); the lamp body (100) has a light source assembly (110); the lamp housing (300) is docked to the lamp body (100) to as to constitute a lamp cavity (120); a lens assembly (500) is disposed at the end of the lamp housing (300) away from the lamp body (100); the adjustment mechanism (200) is accommodated in the lamp cavity (120); the adjustment mechanism (200) comprises a first rotating member (210) and a second rotating member (220) that are rotatably connected; the first rotating member (210) is connected to the lamp body (100); the second rotating member (220) is connected to the lamp housing (300); the first rotating member (210) rotates relative to the second rotating member (220) so as to adjust the distance between the lamp body (100) and the lamp housing (300); and the cut-off filter (400) is disposed on the second rotating member (220). By means of rotating the lamp body (100) or the lamp housing (300) so as to adjust the distance between the cut-off filter (400) on the lamp housing (300) and the light source assembly (110) on the lamp body (100), the spot definition and light beam angle of light emitted from the light source assembly (110) can be modulated.
